  1. fascinating ... can you explain a little of what you did and why you did it in creating this game? ... what is about games? ... can you give a sample of the rules ... here's me giving you all this work, lol ... but i am curious and i recon others would be too, Ken

  2. Sure,

    This game is a sequential game, meaning that players take it in turns.
    Each round is divided into several phases, each phase consists of three sections: movement, combat, and build/buy.
    The goal of the game is to 'capture' territory. The game is set in medieval Rome, and each player plays a 'house' of the period. points are bought as opposed to awarded.

    The game was made for assessment as a part of a self-directed project (HXA301) at UTAS.

    The rule book is several pages long. (I don't think I can post a *.doc on the blog.) But hopefully this clears things up?

  3. great. Thanks, Ken, really interesting. Now all you need is for the Monopoly francise to buy your game and market it, and you retire to the Bahamas to live off the millions flowing into your coffers.
